The policies below play an important role in keeping our ecosystem safe and apply to your Humans Care Foundation (HCF) Account, and use of official HCF website, HCF projects’ websites (HCFW, HCFC, HCFH) or any other HCF website (collectively the “HCF ecosystem”). Failure to comply with the following guidelines may result in account suspension, termination, or legal action, depending on the severity of the offense.

Wash Trading: users are strictly prohibited from engaging in wash trading, which involves the creation of artificial trading volume by simultaneously buying and selling the same asset. This practice aims to manipulate the perception of liquidity and attract other traders.

Market Manipulation: users are prohibited from collaborating in groups to artificially inflate the price of a specific cryptocurrency by purchasing it in large volumes. Subsequently, selling their holdings to unsuspecting traders causes the price to plummet, resulting in unfair market manipulation.

Phishing and Social Engineering: users must not employ tactics such as sending fraudulent emails or messages, impersonating the exchange, in an attempt to deceive other users into sharing their login credentials or sensitive information.

Counterfeit Assets: users must not create or attempt to sell counterfeit or fake digital assets, misleading others into believing they are acquiring legitimate cryptocurrencies or tokens.

Spreading False News or Rumors: users must not spread false information or rumors about a specific cryptocurrency to manipulate its price or deceive the market.

Sybil Attacks: users are prohibited from creating multiple fake accounts to exert influence over the platform, including voting on proposals, participating in governance processes, or manipulating community sentiment.

Insider Information Trading: users with privileged access to non-public information must not exploit it by trading on such information before it becomes public knowledge. This practice gives them unfair advantages and may result in market manipulation.

Account Hacking and Theft: users must not engage in various tactics, including phishing, malware, or social engineering, to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts and steal their funds.

Identity Theft: users must not engage in identity theft by impersonating others or creating fake identities to carry out fraudulent transactions or deceive other users.

False Airdrops and Giveaways: users must not advertise fake airdrops or giveaways with the intention of tricking participants into providing personal information or sending funds. This deceptive practice is aimed at stealing user data or funds.

Token Swapping Scams: users must not create fraudulent token swapping services or decentralized exchanges (DEXs) that mimic popular platforms, aiming to deceive users into depositing funds that will be stolen.

Fraud: users must not operate activity to defraud HCF, HCF users, or any other person; provide any false, inaccurate, or misleading information to HCF

Misrepresentation of Citizenship: due to regulatory restrictions, users who are citizens of the United States are not allowed to participate in our platform. Users must not provide false information about their citizenship.
